Ingredients ;
Chicken - 2
Rice flour - 1kg
Cumin - 3tsp
Garlic - 20
Shallot -5
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 3 Spoon
Salt - Needed
Enough Coconut Oil
Coconut - 2
Onion -8
Garlic - 3
Shallot - 1/4 kg
Ginger - 2 pieces
Tomato - 2
Green chilly - 4
Curry leaves
Coriander Powder -1 1/2
Garam masala - 1 1/2
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Pidi Method :
Heat water in a pan sprinkle some salt and boil them.
Then crush cumin, shallots, and garlic to a fine paste and set aside.
Add rice flour and grated coconut. Then add hot water, a little at a time, to the mixture., Knead them well and make a slightly stiff dough.
Set aside, then prepare like a small balls and cook them well.
Chicken Curry :
Take cleaned chicken pieces, Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, salt and mix well
then fry the chicken. Take a pan with oil then add onion, garlic, shallot, white onion, chilly, tomato, curry leaves, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, Pepper powder mix well and add chicken. then chicken is well cooked.
