Today we are going to Prepare Kerala Style Beef Stew and Appam. Ingredients Appam; Pachari ( Raw rice ) - 2 glass Coconut - 1/2 Beef Stew ; Beef - 1kg Onion - 2 Green chilly - 3 Coconut - 1/2 muri Cashew - 1 teaspoon Raisins - 1 teaspoon Curry leaf - 2 Carrot - 2 Potato - 2 Spices Ginger a Piece Method: To begin, ensure the beef is thoroughly cleaned, then place it in a clay pot. Add one onion, ginger, three green chilies, and a pinch of salt to the pot. In a separate clay pot, cook two carrots and two potatoes until they are tender and well-cooked. In a heated pan, pour two tablespoons of coconut oil and introduce the spices. Add cashew nuts, raisins, two onions, and a few curry leaves. Once the onions turn slightly brown, incorporate the beef, as well as the cooked carrots and potatoes.
