| Video Discription | Hello Friends 👋 In this video I am gonna show you the perfect Tomato pickle recipe with perfect measurements. Here is the full description of the recipe. Ingredients 2Kg Tomatoes 200g Tamarind 250ml Oil Process: Wash and dry tomatoes and cut into Pieces and cook until they become soft. Then add Tamarind and cook, then turn off and let it cool. Add this mixture into the mixer jar along with 2 Garlic and make puree of it. Add this puree to pan and cook for 5-10mins and Turn off. Add 2 Spoons Turmeric powder, 150g Chilly powder, 150g Salt. Adjust as per your taste. For Tampering: Heat 250ml Oil and add 2 Spoons Mustard seeds 2 Spoons Chana dal 1 Spoon Cumin seeds 10 Dry red Chilly Curry leaves 2 Mashed Garlic and fry. Tamper the Tomato mixture and let it cool. For Avapindi or Mustard powder: Heat pan, Add 4 Spoons Mustard seeds, 2 Spoons Fenugreek seeds, 1 Spoon Cumin seeds dry roast and make fine powder of it after it cools down. Once Tomato Pickle cools down add this Mustard powder to it and mix well. Taste the pickle at this stage and adjust the salt and chilly powder. If Oil is not floating on pickle then heat some Oil and after it cools down add to the pickle. Finally Tomato pickle is ready and store it in the Airtight container and store it in refrigerator.
