| Video Discription | This is how you save a sticky overfermented sourdough and turn it into a beautiful worldclass delicious sourdough sandwich loaf. I have bulk fermented my dough for too long and then it turned really sour, completely destroying any structure I built before. It was so sticky that I could not even touch it with my hands anymore. In the evening it was looking top notch, but then after fermenting it over night it turned into a very sticky mess. Either you throw away your dough, or you bake it like I did, saving it and making a superb tasting sandwich loaf.
