Urrak is an alcoholic drink that is distilled from raw cashew juice called 'ROSS' in Konkani. URRAK is obtained with its fellow drinks such as NIRO and FENI. The process of Urrak extraction is a unique Goan tradition that has been followed by various generations of a family.
