Urak is the first distillation obtained from the fermented cashew apple juice. Second distillation gives feni, which is much stronger than urak. Urak has a fruitsy, mild & pungent aroma of the cashew apple. This drink is a must try if you'll are in goa. Check out this video to know how you have to drink it.
