It is easy to make and tastes so good. You can prepare with leftover rice as well. The added peanuts/cashew gives crunchy to this tangy recipe. Ingredients Lemon squeezed -1 Cooked Rice - 1bowl Raw peanuts - 1/4th cup Cashews (optional) green chilies -2 to 3(slit) Red chilies - 3 to 4 Seasoning mustard seeds - 1tsp Urad dal- 1tbsp Chana dal - 2tbsp Asafoetida (hing) - pinch of it Fenugreek seeds - 1/4th tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp Salt as required Curry leaves - few Coriander leaves for garnishing *Squeeze the lemon juice in the end of the seasoning else you will get sour taste while eating.
