| Video Discription | पिछले वीडियो में हमने रीड की हड्डी के अलग अलग बीमारिया और उनको उपाय के बारेमे देखा। काफी सारे शब्द रीड की हड्डी से जुड़े हुए है और वो ज्यादातर लोगोको पता है जैसे की spondylosis, slipped disc और उसके साथ हमेशा और एक शब्द इस्तेमाल किया जाता है जिसे Sciatica कहा जाता है। आज Dr. Rajesh Parasnis (Specialist Spine Surgeon at Sahyadri Hospitals) हमे Sciatica के बारे में विस्तार में जानकारी देंगे। Sciatica ये शब्द Sciatic nerve से आया है। अपने पाँव में सबसे बड़ी और महत्त्वपूर्ण नस या nerve होती है उसे Sciatic nerve कहा जाता है। जो भी दर्द कमर से निकालके पाँव में निचे तक जाता है उसे Sciatica कहता है। Sciatica का सबसे समान्य कारन है slipped disc जो नस पे दबाव लाता है। इस दबाव के कारन नस में दर्द पैदा होती है उसीके साथ झुनझुनाहट , भारीपन या ताकत कम होना ऐसी बीमारी भी patient को हो सकती है। Sciatica के और भी कारन हो की Infection, Tumor, Injury. Sciatica के लक्षण होता है चलने में मुश्किल होना। Patient का Sciatica का कारन जानना बहुत जरूरी होता है क्यूंकि कई बार दूसरी किसी बीमारी के वजहसे भी Sciatica जैसे दर्द महसूस हो सकता है। Correct diagnosis केलिए डॉक्टर आपके कुछ जांच करते है जैसे की कमर का X-ray, CT Scan या MRI इससे ये पता चलता है की किस कारन से Sciatica हो रहा है। Sciatica का उपाय क्या है ?
