| Video Discription | http://www.vahrehvah.com/eggplant-gotsu-for-ven-pongal-1 Ingredients: Eggplant 250 g Oil 1 tb Coriander seeds 1 ts Cumin seeds 1 t s Urad daal 1 ts Chana daal 1 ts Red chilly 4 n Mustard seeds ¼ ts Curry leaves 2 sp Onions (optional) 1 n Tomatoes 2 n Salt Tamarind juice ¼ cup Moong daal ½ cup Carrot ¼ cup Coriander 1 b Directions: Heat a pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, urad daal, chana daal, red chilly dry roast this and put it in the blender and make a masala powder.
