Heavily based on the previous 10th gen Civic, the 11th gen Si uses a similar L15B7 1.5-liter turbo engine, but with a different turbo, exhaust and tune resulting in less power...The chassis is very similar, too, so much so that Honda fits suspension bushings from the FK8 Civic Type R onto this new Si. However, Honda has removed a bunch of content from the new Si compared to the previous model to make more room between it and the new Acura Integra, which is based on the Civic Si under the surface. Can Honda's modern turbocharged sport compact win old school Honda fans over? Let's find out.
