Boil it & keep it for cooling down. Keep the other pan for heating, grease some Ghee in it & put some Semolina. Roast it well & take it out on a plate. Then put the roasted Semolina in the Lukewarm Milk gradually & then cover it & keep it for 10-15 mins. In the same pan, put some Desiccated Coconut & dry roast it on a slow flame. Then transfer the soaked Semolina Mixture into the pan & roast it on a high flame. Put some Ghee & roast it till it gets dry. After then take out the roasted mixture on a big parat/thali. Add some roasted Desiccated Coconut, finely chopped Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Soaked Pistachio, Cardamom Powder & mix well & keep it for cool down. At last add crushed Rock Sugar/Mishri, cover & keep it for 5 to 7 minutes. Then mix them all & make the Laddoo & garnish with some Pistachio. In this way, Super Delicious Sooji/Rava Laddoo will get ready easily at home.
