It has crunchy texture with with chaasni coated over it. It is a kind of Khaza Recipe सिर्फ तीन चिजों से ऐसी मिठाई बनायें जिसका स्वाद जुंबा सालभर तक भुला ना पाये शाही शक्करपारा रेिसपी All Purpose Flour / Maida -2 Cups Oil: 5 spoons (add to the maida) Water: 1/4 Cup (add gradually and make a tight dough) Make Puri by taking small portion of the dough Make lines with a knife on the puri and then roll it Oil: 1-2 Cups (Will need for deep frying) Place the rolled shakkarpara on the oil and deep fry it Do Taar Chaasni preparation: Sugar- 1 Cup Water: 1 Cup Once the do taar chasni is prepared add the fried shakkaparae on it. Mix it with chasni properly and then take it out. Garnish it with pista powder and rose petals Your Shahi Shakkarparae is ready. Lemon Slice - Can be added to sugar syrup to avoid crystallization |
