| Video Discription | Raw banana is rich in its fibre content and hence eases digestion. This recipe of making banana fry goes well as a side dish while eaten with any rice preparation and tastes amazingly good. Kids will love it too. Ingredients Raw banana – 2 nos. Chilli powder – 1 tbsp Coriander powder – 2 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp Salt – 1 ½ tsp Hing – ½ tsp Oil – 5 tbsp Preparation 1. Peel the skin of raw banana and cut them into circular pieces with thickness of 0.5 cm. Boil water in a vessel, add the cut bananas along with some salt. 2. Once this starts boiling, turn off the stove and drain the water. 3. Transfer the blanched bananas on to a plate. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and hing and mix it well. 4. Heat a pan and add oil to shallow fry the bananas. 5. Add the banana slices one by one in the pan, donot over crowd the pan. 6. Wait for it to become brown and flip side and cook the other side till brown. 7. Remove from pan once both sides are done. |
