Best to make during festive occasions or special occasions.so shared this recipe soft and delicious without chewy texture you can also store this halwa in refrigerator in air tight container for 15 days. #bombaykarachihalwa #easysweetdish #rubberhalwa #karachihalwa #arrowroothalwa #cornflourhalwa #dessert #quick&easy #mithai #sweetdish #halwa #softchewymithai #chewymithai #sheetalkitchen #sheetalskitchen Ingredients: 2 cup Arrowroot flour / corn flour 3 cup sugar 2 tbsp watermelon seeds 5 Almond /any dryfruit of your choice 2 glass water 2 tbsp lemon juice 5 tbsp ghee / butter Food colour of your choice Method Heat kadai Add 2 glass of water then add sugar and let the sugar dissolve and bring to boil.Now add Arrowroot flour simultaneously and keep stirring make sure there is no lumps formed. Now keep stirring constantly till it get thick texture now add pinch of food colour.keep stirring for 7 to 8 minutes After dat add 1 tbsp ghee and stir for 1minute repeat this process five time now add watermelon seeds and chopped almonds mix well. Now grease plate with ghee and settle the halwa on it ...let it rest for 10 minutes Later cut in pieces and serve this delicious halwa will melt in ur mouth...enjoy the festival with this quick instant sweet.
