Soak for 8 hours. Drain water and transfer to mixi. Add chilli, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon and grind. Add to bowl. If required add water and mix well. Then add salt, chopped onion, chopped coconut. Mix well and make dosa. Cook both the sides of dosa on medium flame and take it out. Tast healthy breakfast ready. செய்முறை: முதலில் ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் அரிசி, உளுத்தம் பருப்பு, தினை சேர்த்து நன்றாகக் கழுவவும். 8 மணி நேரம் ஊற வைக்கவும். தண்ணீரை வடிகட்டி மிக்ஸியில் மாற்றவும். மிளகாய், பெருஞ்சீரகம், கிராம்பு, இலவங்கப்பட்டை சேர்த்து அரைக்கவும். கிண்ணத்தில் சேர்க்கவும். தேவைப்பட்டால் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். பிறகு உப்பு, நறுக்கிய வெங்காயம், தேங்காய் துருவல் சேர்க்கவும். நன்றாக கலந்து தோசை செய்யவும். தோசையின் இருபுறமும் மிதமான தீயில் வேக வைத்து எடுக்கவும். ஆரோக்கியமான காலை உணவு தயார்.
