Procedures : Take the rava and put it in a mixi jar and add salt, sugar and yogurt. Pour water in it and grind, add a little more water, put Eno in the batter, grind again and take it in a bowl. Heat the pan, spread the batter on the pan, keep the flame slow and cook for 3 minutes, then take out from the pan. Repeat all the dosa in the same manner. Tasty Sponge Dosa is ready to serve.
