| Video Discription | My Style- Adda Jim Onam, the most celebrated festival in kerala. One of rare festival celebrated by all malayali , irrelevant if which religion you belong to. Onam is also know for Onam Sandhya ( a variety of vegetables dishes ) and ends with a sweetdish called payasam. Jim Beam is not new to anyone out there. An American bourbon whiskey, made of corn . What must have gone unnoticed by most are the flavours. which has a hint of Caramel and vanilla towards the end. Cocktails has always been a passing. Mixing two or more ingredients to get a totally new and different product, actually complimenting the original product . Is what for me more inclined towards cocktails. that's what DJ's do as well. it's called remixing. So this is where the magic happens. Getting the mix right is something so important. this time it was "ADDA PAYASAM " with "JIM BEAM". A perfect Onam cocktail. The taste of the cocktail turned out as expected, SWEET with a lingering flavour of Caramel and Vanilla of the JIM BEAM towards the end. Thats thanks to the JIm Beam whisky. it starts with a sweet notes af the payasam and ends with flavours of Jim beam ingredients 50ml - Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon 100ml - Adda payasam Method Pour 50ml Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon in a shaker, followed by 100ml of Adda payasam. Add three cubes of ice . Close the shaker and gentle shake the mix. ( do not hard shake ) . Open the shaker and pour the mix in an old fashioned glass with ice ( can be also drunk without ice ).
