Thoroughly mix and cook on low flame for approximately 6 - 7 minutes. - After 6-7 minutes, incorporate grated coconut into the mixture and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes on low flame, ensuring thorough mixing. - Following this, add sugar to the mixture, ensure proper mixing, and cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame. - After an additional 3 minutes, introduce cardamom powder and mix well. Gradually add milk to the mixture, ensuring thorough mixing each time. - Repeat the process until a smooth dough consistency is achieved. Once the desired consistency is attained, turn off the flame and let it rest for 5 minutes. - After 5 minutes, take a small portion of the dough, roll it into round ladoo shapes between your palms, then coat it with desiccated coconut powder and place it on a plate. Repeat this process until all the ladoos are prepared. - Once all the ladoos are shaped, place them in refrigerator for another 30 minutes until completely cooled.
