The sugar syrup should have single thread consistency. • Turn off the gas and sugar syrup is ready. • Transfer the sugar syrup into the rava mixture and mix well. • Cover and rest the mixture for about 30 minutes - 1 hour. • Add cardamom powder and mix well. • Roll ladoos and garnish with pistachios slices and dry rose petals. • You can store the ladoos in an airtight container. • They have shelf life of about a week at room temperature and about 15 days in freeze. You can make around 25-26 ladoos form this.
