Buy your favourite Cookd Recipes in a box! 👉 https://shop.cookdtv.com Tea Kadai Onion Bonda Recipe: Onion (Sliced) - 4 nos Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 1 no Curry Leaves (finely chopped) - 2 Sprigs Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 inch Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Salt - ½ tsp Maida - 2 tbsp Rice Flour - 2 tbsp Oil - For Frying Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl add onions, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger, turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder and salt. 2. Mix everything until thoroughly combined and let it sit for 10 minutes. (this is to bring out the water from the onions) 3. Add the maida and rice flour and shape it into balls and deep fry, but make sure the oil is moderately hot so that the insides also cook through. 4. Serve with hot Chai and enjoy.
