| Video Discription | Episode 65 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Nagpanchami Special Episode of @RedSoilStories Nagpanchami is the first festival in the month of Shravan and it is celebrated very generously in various parts of Maharashtra. The celebration, Puja, Recipes can be different according to the region but this festival embarks the beginning of Holy Shravan Month. There many recipes that are made as a Naivadya/Prasad for this festival. Last year we saw how to make patolya. This year we are preparing Khantoli also known as Khandoli/Khandavi in Maharashtra. It is a very simple traditional sweet recipe which includes nothing but Rice, Jaggery, Grated coconut, Cardamom etc. It is also very easy to prepare. Pooja started preparing for the recipe early in the morning after cleaning the house. I started collecting flowers etc for the Nagpanchami Puja. Meanwhile Star cast from Zee Marathi's Saara Kahi Tichyasathi also joined us in our Nagpanchami Celebration. Pooja prepared the recipe, I performed the Nagpanchami Puja we offeed the Khantoli as Naivaidya/Prasad and then had it ourselves.
