| Video Discription | This case begins with a diagnostic laparoscopy to rule out metastatic disease with the intent to resect the klatskin tumor with a left hepatectomy. The patient is a 53-year-old male, who was presented with obstructive jaundice. He was found to have a 2 cm perihiler tumor located at the bifurcation on diagnostic imaging including an ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography). He was found to have involvement at the bifurcation of the left hepatic duct.
