| Video Discription | Ingredients: 1 canned Young Jackfruit ( drain liquid and rinse jackfruit) ** boil for ten minutes ** drain liquid then add seasoning fresh and dry seasonings ( you can allow it to marinate for a few minutes) 1 cup coconut milk 3/4 cup water( add water to bowl use to marinate jackfruit) 1 cup cooked chickpeas About 4 tsp curry powder in total 1/2 onion 6 cloves Garlic ( I boiled two with the jackfruit) 1 stalk scallion Few sprigs thyme Bell peppers 1/4 tsp ground allspice 1/2 tsp grated ginger All purpose seasoning ( I used the Royal montego all purpose seasoning and vegetables bouillon cube) Grace Ginger garlic pimento powder (optional) Pinch of salt Oil Thanks for watching!
