| Video Discription | Curry chicken was one of my favorite meals growing up and also as an adult. My family shares the same love of this Caribbean dish. I have made vegan versions of curry chick'n using various meat substitutes. However Jack and I have a special relationship, so I had to give it a try. I have a special way of keeping the jackfruit firm and not mushy😉 This Curry Jackfruit Recipe is the perfect combination of rich flavors on one plate.
