Glanular Hypospadias is a mild type of hypospadias where the urinary opening is not at tip but 1-2 mm below the tip of penis. Mostly, glanular hypospadias do not need any surgical repair if there is no chordee and cosmetically the appearance is fine. In this particular cases since besides hypospadias there was significant chordee, we elected to do a chordee repair and at the same time circumcision to enhance the cosmetic appearance.
