Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids 00:00 Croissants Samosa 00:11 Prepare Potato filling 00:29 Prepare Dough 00:57 Prepare Croissant Samosa 02:00 Aray waah Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Potato Filling: -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 4 medium -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Tandoori masala 1 tbs -Cornflour 3 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs Prepare Samosa Dough: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp -Ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Cup -Lukewarm water 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: Prepare Potato Filling: -In a bowl,add potatoes,pink salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,tandoori masala, cornflour,ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander,mix & mash well with hands & set aside. Prepare Samosa Dough: -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt,carom seeds & mix well. -Add clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles. -Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover with cling film & let it rest for 20 minutes. -Knead dough until smooth,take a small dough & roll out large roti with the help of rolling pin (10-inches). -Place a small bowl in the center of dough,add prepared potato filling & spread evenly. -Remove the bowl & cut the dough in 12 equal triangles. -Roll out each triangle i-e from outer side towards inner side like a croissant shape & seal the end properly (makes 36). -In a wok,heat cooking oil (150°C) & fry samosas on very low flame until golden & crispy. Prepare Samosa Dough: -Bowl mein maida,pink salt aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein. -Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 20 minutes kliya chor dein. -Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein,chota dough lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa large roti bail lein (10-inches). -Dough ka center mein small ball rakh dein aur tayyar aloo filling dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Bowl ko remove ker lein aur dough ko 12 equal triangles mein cut ker lein. -Her triangle ko roll out ker ka croissant shape bana lein aur end ko properly seal ker lein (makes 36). -Karahi mein cooking oil (150°C) garam karein aur bohat halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein. |
