Sometimes it is great to make something that home cooked, but isn't too complicated to make. It's a way for me to relax while still being productive (I’m a bit of a busybody), so I’ve really leaned into it. Before I left for college, my mom gave me a book of all our family recipes, and I’ve mostly been making those, but some of them take so long! Eating good food is so nice but not if it's going to take more than 2 hours, haha. Today I’m sharing with y'all five of my favorite meals that are EASY to make and don't take a lot of time or ingredients... PERFECT for college students! I haven't perfected making them yet, lol like me getting the wrong ingredients from the store, but here are the recipes so you can follow along! Ultimate Chicken Fingers * 3 boneless chicken breasts –cut into ½ inch strips * 2/3 C Bisquick original mix * ½ C grated parmesan cheese * ½ tsp salt or garlic salt * ½ tsp paprika * 1 egg, slightly beaten * 3 Tbsp butter or marg, melted Heat oven to 450. Line the cookie sheet with foil and cooking spray. In a 1-gallon bag mix Bisquick, parm. cheese, salt, and paprika. Dip the chicken strip into the egg, and place it in the bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat. Put chicken on a sheet. Repeat with all chicken. Drizzle butter over the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes turning over ½ way through cooking time.
