| Video Discription | A patient with prior TURP and subsequent vaginoplasty (each done at separate institutions) developed prostato-neovaginal fistulae. Patient was referred with complaints of severe incontinence due to combination of open bladder neck (post-TURP) and several fistulae at the level of prostate and membranous (sphincteric) urethra. In this video we discuss possible surgical solutions and demonstrate application of Asopa-type dorsal inlay urethroplasty to repair prostato-neovaginal fistula without compromising patency of the urethral or neovaginal lumens, with preservation of external sphincter (and resolution of incontinence). |
