| Video Discription | Happy Thursday everyone. Today was one of the bigger training days I've had outside of the double Goggins' challenge. Started off the day with 20 miles on the treadmill that included 13 miles of marathon pace effort or faster, woof. I also got in a sauna session, strength, core, pt and mobility. Definitely a big day but I survived. Shout out to @KeltieOConnor for getting me through my run with her awesome Spotify playlist. Finally feeling like training is clicking again post-flu which is great because I am just over a week out of my first race of the year!!! ___________________________________________________________________ Follow along as I get ready to take on a new and unknown challenge when I run for 6 days at lululemon's FURTHER.
