| Video Discription | When I started my FURTHER training, I knew I would need to incorporate some novel ways of training. From the start, I knew I wanted to do the Goggins' Challenge which is 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. But I also knew that wasn't going far enough so I decided to do a double: 4 miles every 4 hours for 96 hours. 96 miles in 4 days! I filmed the whole experience and hope you enjoy this process of discovering what it takes to do a Double David Goggins!
