Steps: 00:00 Custard Jelly Sharbat 00:18 Prepare sharbat 01:47 Assembling Serves 8-10 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Water as required -Sabudana (Tapioca sago) ¼ Cup -Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 1 tbs (soaked for 30 minutes in 3 tbs of hot water) -Badam (Almonds) 19-20 (soaked for 30 minutes in ¼ Cup of hot water) -Water 2-3 tbs -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs -Custard powder (Vanilla flavor) 2 tbs -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup -Ice cubes as required -Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 2 tbs (soaked in ½ Cup of water) -Colored jelly cubes Directions: -In a kettle,add water & bring it to boil. -Add tapioca sago,mix well & cook on medium flame for 15-18 minutes or until transparent then strain,rinse with water & set aside. -In a grinder,add melon seeds along with its water,almonds along with its water and water,grind well & set aside. -In a wok,add milk,sugar,almonds & melon paste and mix well. -Add almonds,pistachios,mix well & bring it to boil. -In custard powder,add milk and whisk well. -Now add dissolved custard,mix well & cook until thickens (1 minutes). -Let it cool. -In a jug,add ice cubes,soaked basil seeds,cooked tapioca sago,colored jelly cubes,prepared custard sharbat,mix well & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: -Kettle mein pani dal ker ubal lein. -Sabudana dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 15-18 minutes ya transparent ho janay tak paka lein phir strain ker ka pani sa rinse ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Grinder mein char maghaz pani ka saath,badam pani ka saath ar pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karahi mein doodh,cheeni aur badam & char maghaz paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein. -Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Ab dissolved custard dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (1 minutes). -Thanda ker lein. -Jug mein ice cubes,soaked tukhme balanga,cooked sabudana,colored jelly cubes aur tayyar custard sharbat dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein! |
