| Video Discription | For more recipes visit: www.briskkitchen.in Lapsi Halwa Ingredients Water - 500 ml Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon Jaggery - 250 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Ghee - 3 tablespoons Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg powder - 1/2 teaspoon Cashew nut - 10 Raisin - 20 Broken wheat - 200 grams (pre sokaed) Saffron + milk - 1 pinch + 2 tablespoons Pistachios Preparation In a kadhai add water, cardamom powder and jaggery. Mix well and boil. Add salt and mix well. Keep aside. In a kadhai add ghee, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, cashew nuts and raisins. Roast well. Add lapsi and mix well. Cook fir 2-3 minutes. Add jaggery syrup and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Add saffron + milk mix. Mix well.
