| Video Discription | Today let's learn to make an easy, delicious, and healthy halva made with wheat and jaggery. This halwa is soft, smooth, and somewhat moist in texture. Jaggery is used instead of sugar and so can be called a no sugar halwa. ►Ingredients Broken Wheat - 1/2 cup Water - 3 cup Jaggery - 1/2 cup Cardamom - 1 tsp Nuts - 1/4 cup Ghee - 1/4 cup ►Method 1. Soak broken wheat for 3 hours. 2. Grind and strain it. 3. Heat it in a pan mixing continuously. 4. Add jaggery and ghee in regular intervals. 5. Once it becomes thick add it into a greased bowl and set for 3 hours. 6. Slice it and enjoy.
