| Video Discription | Simple Cheese Sauce Recipe For Broccoli Easy Cheese Sauce! Great to top broccoli, for mac & cheese, even for cheese fries! Cheese Sauce Recipe Ingredients: 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp flour 1 ½ C milk 1 ½ C shredded cheddar cheese ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper ¼ tsp garlic powder Directions: 1. In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter. 2. Once the butter has melted, add flour and whisk immediately. 3. Add milk, whisk it in, and let that cook for a couple of minutes or until it starts to thicken. 4. Add the cheese and stir until melted. 5. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. 6.
