After the béchamel sauce has been added to the broccoli this can also be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days before cooking. Remove it from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Reheating - Place it into an oven set at 180.c - 350.f and bake for 10 minutes or until hot through the centre.
