| Video Discription | Hi welcome to my sweet home cooking today's recipe Bellam Thalikalu sweet recipe Ingredients Rice flour -1 bowl jaggery - 1 bowl freshly grated coconut - 1/2 bowl ghee - 2 tbsp Elaichi powder - 1 tbsp salt - 1 tsp cashew nuts - as per required Tip 1: Adding ghee in water avoids stickiness while making Thalikalu. Tip 2: Apply Rice flour to palm to avoid stickiness and also in Thalikalu which are made. Tip 3:Make medium size Thalikalu to avoid breaking. Tip 4:Filter Jaggery syrup to avoid dust particles. Tip 5:Frying cashews in ghee give extra flavor. Tip 6:don't mix with ladle otherwise Thalikalu will break into pieces.
