Onion (സവോള) - 3+2 Nos (Medium Size) - 300+200 gm
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 2 Nos (200 gm)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 8 Nos (40 gm)
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 2 Inch Piece (20 gm)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 12 Cloves (20 gm)
Fennel Seed (പെരുംജീരകം) - ½ Teaspoon
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 6 Sprigs
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) - ½ Cup (15 gm)
Mint Leaves (പുതിന ഇല) - ½ Cup (15 gm)
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - ½ Tablespoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - ½ Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 2½ + 2½ Teaspoon
Lime Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) - ½ Tablespoon
Curd (തൈര്) - ½ Cup (125 ml)
Chicken (ചിക്കൻ) - 1.1 kg
Water (വെള്ളം) - ½ + 5¼ Cup (125 + 1300 ml)
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 100 ml
Ghee (നെയ്യ്) - 100 ml
Cashew Nuts (കശുവണ്ടി) - 2 Tablespoons
Raisins (ഉണക്കമുന്തിരി) - 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - ½ Teaspoon
Kaima Rice (Jeerakasala Rice) - 3½ Cup (750 gm)
