Who better to taste it with than whisky ambassador Colin Dunn? Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt Nose: Salted butter, marmalade on toast, elegant peat smoke and oat cakes. Palate: Perfumed malt and orange blossom, balanced by salty sea air and coal dust. Subtle clove brings heat. Finish: Continued peat smoke sticks around for a good long while of the finish.
