You should definitely try it! 🥬 소고기 알배추찜 - 2인분 - 하 - 20분 ◽️ 재료 : 알배추 ½ 통(350g), 소고기 목심 샤브샤브용 200g, 생강가루 1작은술, 소금 1작은술, 청주 3큰술, 후춧가루 약간 ◽️ 폰즈 소스 재료 : 간장 2큰술,식초 1+½ 큰술,맛술 1큰술, 매실청 1 큰술, 설탕 1 +½ 큰술, 다진 샬롯 2큰술(다진 양파로 대체 가능) , 청양고추 1개, 후춧가루 약간 1. 알배추는 뿌리 쪽에 칼집을 넣어 2등분 해주세요. 흐르는 물에 깨끗이 씻은 후 채반에 밭쳐 물기를 빼주세요. 2. 소고기는 키친타월로 핏물을 제거한 후 맛술과 생강가루, 소금, 후춧가루를 골고루 뿌려 밑간을 해주세요. 청양고추를 얇게 썰어주세요. 3. 볼에 폰즈 소스 재료를 담아 잘 섞어주세요. 4. 알배추 잎 사이사이에 소고기를 한 장씩 끼워 넣어주세요. 5. 찜기에 김이 오르면 알배추를 넣고 10분 정도 쪄주세요. Cut the napa cabbage into 2 pieces by making cuts on the bottom. After thoroughly washing them, drain in a colander. 2. Remove the red liquid from the beef with a paper towel, and marinate it with cooking wine, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Thinly slice the cheongyang chili pepper. 3. Combine all the ponzu sauce ingredients in a bowl. 4. Place one beef slice between each of the napa cabbage leaves. 5.
