| Video Discription | (계량컵 1컵은 200ml입니다. 보통 사용하는 종이컵 정도의 양입니다) 메주에 대해 간단히 포스팅하겠습니다. 기존의 메주는 여건상 아무래도 누룩곰팡이 외 잡균이 많이 번식할 수 있는데 비해, 알알이 개량메주는 삶은 콩에 황국균(누룩곰팡이)을 첨가하여 발효시키기 때문에 알 하나하나의 발효 숙성이 양호하다고 합니다. 그리고 된장은 발효 숙성 기간이 6개월에서 1년이라고 합니다만, 기존 메주가 아닌 개량 알알이메주로 만든 된장이니까 1달 정도 숙성시켜 먹으면 될 것 같습니다.
