[고추장 삼겹살구이 레시피] - 2~3인분 - - 재료: 600g 삼겹살, 대파 1대, 양파 1/2개, 통깨 약간 - 양념장 재료: 고추장 3큰술, 간장 2큰술, 고춧가루 2큰술, 맛술 3큰술, 물엿 1큰술, 설탕 1큰술, 다진마늘 1큰술, 참기름 1큰술, 생강가루 1/2작은술, 후춧가루 약간 - 파채무침 양념재료: 참기름 1큰술, 식초 1작은술, 간장 1/2작은술, 소금 약간, 통깨 약간 [Spicy Pork Belly Ingredients] - 2~3 servings - - Ingredients: 600g Pork belly, 1 Green onion, 1/2 Onion, Sesame seeds - Gochujang Sauce: 3tbsp Gochujang, 2tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp Red pepper powder, 3tbsp Cooking wine, 1tbsp Corn syrup, 1tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp Sesame oil, 1/2tsp Ginger powder, Pepper - Green Onion Sauce: 1tbsp Sesame oil, 1tsp Vinegar, 1/2tsp Soy sauce, Salt, Sesame seeds [고추장 삼겹살구이 레시피 I Instruction] 1.삼겹살은 반자른 후 소스에 20분 정도 재워주세요. 1.Divide pork belly in half and marinate in the sauce for 20 minutes. 2.대파와 양파는 가늘게 채를 썰어 찬물에 10분 정도 담갔다가 체에 밭쳐 물기를 빼주세요. 2.Cut onion and spring onion into thin strips. Leave them in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove spiciness and strain off water. 3.팬에 약간의 식용유를 두르고 양념한 삼겹살을 넣어 앞,뒤로 익힌 후 먹기 좋은 크기로 자르고 불을 약불로 줄여 뒤집어가며 속까지 익혀주세요. 3.Put some oil in the pan and cook both sides.
