| Video Discription | 炒寧波年糕 材料： 寧波年糕一包（500 g），瘦肉一小塊，雪裏紅6兩，辣椒一小支 調味料： 鹽、胡椒各適量 作法： 1. 雪裏紅處理乾淨，泡水去鹹味，擠乾水分。 2. 肉切細絲，加1大匙酒、2大匙醬油，3大匙水，1小匙太白粉拌勻。 3. 鍋中水煮沸，入寧波年糕煮軟，撈起瀝乾水分備用。 4. 起油鍋，加油5大匙炒肉絲變白，再入雪菜炒片刻，加入年糕一起拌炒均勻，加調味料拌勻即可。 |
