Video Discription | 材料:干貝、青椒、紅椒、蔥段、薑片、鹽、糖、太白粉水、白胡椒、米酒、香油。 把買回的干貝先看一下表層有無一塊筋,筋的顏色比較白先拔掉之後放在碗中,再準備一鍋開水,再把開水倒入碗中讓干貝浸泡,約浸泡3~5分鐘,浸泡完後把干貝用手捏一下,如捏下去會有爆裂開的情形那就代表好了,就先把水瀝乾,再來準備一大匙油熱鍋,再把蔥段、薑片下鍋爆香後,再把青椒、紅椒下鍋炒拌一下再加入高湯或水、一點鹽、一點糖、一茶匙米酒、少許胡椒粉,之後再加入干貝、太白粉水、香油一起拌炒一下,不需拌炒太久這樣就能起鍋裝盤,這樣就完成炒干貝 |
