| Video Discription | 飛利浦健康氣炸鍋 (HD9642 )，買就送3+1好禮 無息可分六期 | https://goo.gl/FYV3VB 炸肉丸 材料： A 豬絞肉 1000公克 / minced pork 1000g 鹽 1茶匙 /salt 1tsp B 醬油 2大匙 /soy sauce 2tbsp 糖 1大匙 /sugar 1tbsp 白胡椒粉 1茶匙/ ground white pepper 1tsp 米酒 2大匙 /cooking rice wine 2tsp C 吐司 100公克 /bread 100g 水 150cc /150cc 蔥花 30公克 /scallion 30g 薑末 30公克 /minced ginger 30g 蛋 1顆 /egg 1 作法： 1. 吐司浸泡水讓吐司變軟，接著將吐司捏成糊狀。 美味關鍵: 加入泡軟土司口感更鬆軟多汁 2. 豬絞肉加入鹽摔打至出黏性，接著加入材料B，混合均勻後再加入吐司糊與剩餘材料C攪拌均勻。 3. 用手抓出約180公克的份量，雙手將肉丸整形好，捏出大肉丸後放入氣炸鍋烤盤(可放4顆)，表面刷上少許油，設定溫度180度、20分鐘，至時間結束即可。 4. 接著再用手的虎口捏出約35公克份量的小肉丸，將小肉丸放入氣炸鍋烤盤(可放12顆)，表面刷上少許油，設定溫度180度、10分鐘，至時間結束即可。 紅燒獅子頭 材料： A 大肉丸 4顆 /big fried meatball 4 B 大白菜 500公克 /Chinese cabbage 500g 醬油 100公克 /soy sauce 100g 薑片 30公克 /ginger slice 30g 水 500cc /water 500cc 米酒 1大匙 /cooking rice wine 1tbsp 糖 1大匙 /sugar 1tbsp 作法： 1. 待氣炸鍋炸好大肉丸，砂鍋中放入薑片、水、醬油與米酒煮至滾，再放入燙好的大白菜與肉丸，小火煨煮約15分鐘至入味即可。 照燒丸子 材料： A 小肉丸 12顆 / small fried meatball 12 B 洋蔥絲 150公克 /shredded onion 150g 醬油 2大匙 /soy sauce 2tbsp 味醂 2大匙 /mirin 2tbsp 米酒 2大匙 /cooking rice wine 2tbsp 熟白芝麻 適量 / toasted white sesame seeds 作法： 1. 炒鍋內加入少許油炒香洋蔥，加入醬油、味醂與米酒，稍微攪拌後加入小肉丸，煮至醬汁變濃稠，最後撒上熟白芝麻即可。 糖醋丸子 材料： A 小肉丸 12顆 / small fried meatball 12 B 蕃茄醬 3大匙 /ketchup 3tbsp 白醋 3大匙 /white rice vinegar 3tbsp 糖 3大匙 /sugar 3tbsp 水 50cc /water 50cc 彩椒 100公克 /color pepper 100g 洋蔥片 30公克 /onion slice 30g 作法： 1.炒鍋內加入少許油炒香洋蔥，倒入蕃茄醬、白醋、糖、水煮滾。 2.最後加入彩椒與小肉丸拌炒至滾即可。 - 楊桃美食網 http://www.ytower.com.tw 天天買菜 天菜網 http://www.skycook.com.tw Youtube https://www.youtube.com/user/ytower01 https://www.facebook.com/ytower01 |
