| Video Discription | This local tiffin centre style chutney is super easy and goes well with Idly,Dosa and Bonda 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 🌶Take 2 Tbsp of Oil in kadai and sauté 6-8 Green chillies well 🌶Now to add 1/2 cup of chopped bottle gourd pieces and let them cook well. 🌶Now add 1/2 cup of roasted chana dal,give quick stir and turn off flame 🌶Once the ingredients are cooled,grind them to a fine paste 🌶To the same kadai add 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds,1/2 Chana dal,1/2 Tbsp Urad dal,2-3 Dried red chillies,2 sprigs of curry leaves and sauté well 🌶Now temper the grinded chutney by adding it to the sautéed spices 🌶This Chutney goes really well with Idly,Bonda,Dosa |
