Melt the jaggery in a bowl of water. 2. Meanwhile, pound the Peppercorns and cardamom. 3. Once it is melted, strain the jaggery to remove excess dirt & add the pounded peppercorns and cardamom. 4. Pound ginger and add it. 5. Refrigerate and serve it cool.
