Cut the coconut into pieces 2. Add the coconut pieces into mixer jar 3. Add small glass of water 4. Blend it well 5. Press and extract coconut milk 6. Take the coconut again into mixer jar 7. Add 1/2 small glass of water 8. Blend it well 9.Press and extract coconut milk 10. Milk is ready and keep the same a side. How to make Sweet Coconut milk Pongal . 1, Add rice and moong dal into vessel 2. wash them well 3. Add 2 1/2 cups of water ( For 1cup of rice and dal and 2 1/2 cups of water) 4. Keep this vessel into pressure cooker 5. wait foe 3 whistles 6. Add 1 cup jaggery into bowl and add 1/2 cup water 7. Keep this jaggery bowl and stove 8. Wait until the jaggery dissolves in water 9. Take out the cooked rice from pressure cooker. 10.Mix it once 11. Heat the pan and 2-3 spoons ghee 12. Add cashew nuts and fry 13. Now add raisins and fry them 14. Transfer the fried cashews and raisins into bowl. 15. Add cooked rice into same pan. 16. Add 1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk and mix it 17. cook it 2 -3 mints on low flame and stir in between 18. Add jaggery water 19. Mix it well 20 . Cook it 2-3 mints on low flame and stir in between 21. Consistency should be as shown 22. Now sit off the flam 23. Switch off the flame and add boiled milk 24. Mix it well 25. Transfer the same into serving bowl and garnish with fried cashews and raisins. 26. Enjoy the pongali |
