Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste. 2. Add the remaining ingredients. 3. Keep aside for at least an hour. 4. Mix together all the ingredients for the batter and beat thoroughly. 5. Heat oil in a kadhai. 6. Dip a marinated chicken piece in the batter and deep-fry until crisp and golden brown. 7.
