| Video Discription | Ribbon Pakoda is a simple and tasty snack which is usually prepared during festivals. It slightly differs from the conventional murukku and is basically flat like ribbon. INGREDIENTS: # Rice flour - 1 cup # Besan/Gram flour - 1/2 cup # Sesame seeds - 1 tsp. # Salt - as required # Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp. # Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp. # Butter - 1 tbsp. # Water - 3/4 cup. METHOD: 1. Mix all the dry ingredients 2. Then add little water at a time and make a soft dough that doesn’t stick to the vessel 3. Grease the ribbon pakoda press 4. Fill the press with dough 5. Heat the oil for frying 6. Press gently in a circular motion 7. Flip once the bubbles settle down 8. Take the pakodas out once they are cooked 9.
