| Video Discription | Who speaks for those who can't speak for themselves? This is the question that Zabi Khan, a young activist working to rescue abused and abandoned animals asks. He makes you sit up and notice the staggering numbers from official sources and mind-numbing tales of the cruelty on animals all around us. While the problem stares us in the face, Zabi is one of those who rose up to the challenge and set on the path of rescuing these defenceless and innocent creatures from a very young age of 13. From saving and re-homing these animals, he went on to convince his college authorities to set up an animal shelter, and is now running a sanctuary for all abandoned and abused animals, with an ambulance and every little comfort that these brutalized animals would enjoy. Listen to his heart-touching tale of empathy and compassion, and be inspired to make a difference to another life, no matter how small. After all, the love is limitless! At 21, Zabi Khan is a man on a mission to make the world a better place for animals. He has rescued, rehabilitated and rehomed more than 3000 animals so far, constantly spreading awareness about animal rights through his NGO “A Place To Bark”. A winner of National Youth Icon and Pride of Telangana Award in 2018, Zabi wants to start a sanctuary for all abandoned and injured animals, big or small, complete with a 24x7 ambulance service.
